Adaptive MS - a Tool for Monitoring of Customer Infrastructure

One of its core services is IT infrastructure maintenance, which includes continuous monitoring of customers’ IT systems using a tool developed by the team of SIA “Adaptive” based on the Zabbix software platform – Adaptive MS (Adaptive Monitoring System).
Adaptive MS enables continuous overview of IT infrastructure and generates detailed reports, providing reports on system performance, software updates and hardware warranty status. Through the system, users can monitor servers, data storage solutions, network and virtualization infrastructure, as well as overall energy consumption. Special emphasis is placed on detecting operational issues, system errors and security threats, allowing our specialists to proactively identify issues and take corrective actions to maintain optimal system performance. All collected data is compiled into regular reports, ensuring full visibility in the client’s IT infrastructure and supporting future planning, security improvements, and efficiency optimization.
Access to Adaptive MS is provided as part of an IT infrastructure service agreement, which, in addition to the monitoring tool itself, includes comprehensive maintenance services such as software configuration software and hardware update installation, as well as technical consulting and training for Adaptive MS users.
